- Silver – On-site assessment or repair of situation within 48-Hours
- Gold – Same day visit to site with full replacement of faulty item*

SECAP offer a 12 and 24 Month warranty across our range of products. In the unlikely event of a failure, your product will be repaired or replaced quickly and efficiently. SECAPS Warranty guarantees next day delivery dispatch of the replacement part to ensure any system downtime is as minimal as possible.
